Buyers Advocacy
Options
There are three main options to consider when employing Executive Property as a
Buyers Advocate. The options range from a comprehensive level of service
through to single property negotiations. The following three links will
explain and identify the differences.
Buyers Brief
The Buyers Brief is the initial indication from the client what type of purchase
they are looking to make. An Advocate will make an appointment to converse,
identify and complete a record of your needs and gain an understanding of your
requirements in property accommodation, style, location, price range and
individual pre-cursor details.
Remuneration
The remuneration of a Buyers Advocate will be cost effective when the end
purchase result, research time and effort, experience, guidance and negotiation
skills are combined for the best outcome, not just price consideration.
