Our business was established in 1981 when Max Brown Realty began in
a home office in Kardinya. In 1991 the corporate name was changed to
Executive Properties Sales and Management and continued to trade out of
offices in Applecross and eventually our current location in Alfred Cove
from 2006.
The business is family owned and managed ensuring total
accountability at all levels. The aim of the company is to succeed
through delivering trustworthy and reliable service to the community.
TEAM MEMBERS
Max Brown
Managing Director
Max has been a registered sales representative since 1979 and
licensed Real Estate Agent since 1985. Having developed systems,
documentation and experiencing many economic and financial influences
over 30 years in the Real Estate Business. Max provides stability and an
anchor for this exciting new business. Max is well known with
established and respected ethical practice standards. His reliable
source of information and knowledge is a benefit, readily shared with
clientele.
Rhett Brown
Systems & Sales Manager
Bachelor of Arts (Communication), Graduate Diploma of Real Estate &
Secondary Teaching
Rhett has assumed control of the sales division after gaining
experience and acquiring the required skills to succeed in the business.
Rhett’s experience extends from Sales to Corporate Leasing and he is
always willing to work with clients to develop mutually beneficial
business relationships.
Hannah Brown
Accounts Manager
Property Assistant
Hannah started her career in the banking world being a shift supervisor
in the EDP section of the National Australia Bank and is engaged in the
company role of accounts manager and property assistant. Hannah is a
registered Sales Representative and adds support to the Executive Sales
Department. 16 years of direct experience within real estate management
practices makes Hannah a vital part of the company. Daily accounting,
monthly trust balancing, bank reconciliations, daily attendance to
property management issues and customer enquiry keeps Hannah occupied,
however she remains personally available to all clients when needed.
Kelly Brown
Sales Assistant and Administrator
Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture)
Kelly worked in the design and interior architecture industry before
attaining her Sales Representative Registration in August of 2007. Kelly
is currently working as Rhett’s assistant to gain experience in sales
after gaining necessary experience and exposure through administration
and property management.
Jim Smith
Administration Manager
Jim has relevant experience within the fields of banking and real
estate. He was a branch manager for Westpac before venturing into Strata
Management with McMahan Real Estate, The Fini Group and Quin Ballard
Real Estate companies. Jim has a great ability to build solid
professional relationships with clients very quickly and the temperament
to handle human resource issues with skill and diligence.
Kerry Whittaker
Reception Administrator/ Property Inspection
Kerry has worked for Executive Property Sales & Management for 14 years
and makes a valuable contribution to the company at the front line.
Kerry has finance experience as an ex-banker and works brilliantly to
protocols and instruction. Kerry has carried out property inspections
for the 14 years in which she has worked at Executive Property and is
therefore extremely well experienced in her position.
